Easter at Bayview Seniors Community was a beautiful day filled with joy, connection, and meaningful moments shared together.
We began our celebration with egg hunting, festive crafts, and decorating Easter cookies—bringing out creativity, laughter, and a wonderful sense of togetherness among residents. These activities set the tone for a day centred around fun, engagement, and community.
Residents then gathered for a thoughtfully prepared Easter brunch, where delicious food was paired with the calming sounds of live music. Soft piano melodies and acoustic guitar, performed by William Decourcy and Rose, created a warm and inviting atmosphere that elevated the dining experience and encouraged conversation, reflection, and connection.
Following brunch, the celebration continued with a special visit from the Easter Bunny, bringing smiles and a sense of nostalgia to residents. Adding an especially heartfelt touch, our staff’s kids helped hand out chocolates, creating a moment that was both personal and memorable for everyone involved.
We closed the day with a cozy gathering featuring Baileys coffee and a joyful sing-along—ending the celebration on a relaxed and uplifting note, surrounded by music and companionship.
