Bayview offers 82 private, single-occupant studios arranged around central living and dining areas for easy navigation and social interaction. Each suite comes with a private shower, ensuite bathroom, hospital bed, side table, and wardrobe.

Our community prioritizes the safety and well-being of our residents, many of whom experience memory challenges that make independent travel unsafe. To support their needs, we focus on creating a secure and engaging environment within the community while offering scheduled transportation for planned excursions. These scheduled outings are carefully coordinated to ensure safety and enjoyment, allowing residents to connect with the local community and participate in enriching experiences outside the home.

Bayview Seniors Community is a private pay residence in White Rock, BC, specializing in long-term care. We are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality support that empowers seniors to live fulfilling lives.
While we do not provide government funding, some residents may have access to private insurance, veterans programs or government funding.
Residents are encouraged to decorate their suites with personal items and mementos. This helps to create a sense of familiarity and belonging so suites can feel like home.

Residents enjoy three nutritious meals daily, prepared by our Red Seal Chef, along with daytime refreshments and snacks available throughout the community. Meals are tailored to the needs of seniors, including modified options when necessary, and supported by regular visits from a Registered Dietitian to ensure dietary needs are met.
Healthy snacks and hydration stations are conveniently placed throughout the community to promote wellness. We also host holiday celebrations featuring special menus to bring festive joy to residents.
