Bayview offers 82 private, single-occupant suites arranged around central living and dining areas for easy navigation and social interaction. Each suite comes with a private shower, ensuite bathroom, bed, side table, and wardrobe.

We are always looking for caring and dedicated individuals to volunteer with us. To ensure the best experience for our residents and volunteers, the following requirements must be met:
- Age: 18 years or older.
- Skills: Excellent communication, patience, positivity, and a good listener.
- Experience: Comfortable working with seniors, reliable, and able to work well with others.
- Health Requirements: Proof of double COVID-19 vaccination and flu shot.
- Qualifications: Proficiency in English (additional languages are an asset), computer literacy, and a warm, friendly attitude.
- Checks: Willingness to provide a criminal record check and two references.

All meals are served in each neighbourhood’s communal dining area, promoting social connection among residents. For those who are unwell or under a doctor’s order, room service is available to ensure their comfort, safety, and nutritional needs are fully supported.

To support their needs, we focus on creating a secure and engaging environment within the community while offering transportation for planned excursions. These outings are carefully coordinated to ensure safety and enjoyment, allowing residents to connect with the local community and participate in enriching experiences outside the home.

Our focus on memory care provides gentle, round-the-clock support in a safe and secure environment for residents living with dementia, Alzheimer’s, and related conditions. We offer customizable, professionally directed activities, including brain fitness exercises, cueing, and reminder strategies, designed to foster a positive outlook and support overall mental health.

No, Bayview Seniors Community is a privately managed residence in White Rock, BC, specializing in memory care and long-term care. While we do not receive government funding, we are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality support that empowers seniors to live fulfilling lives.
Our designated RX team overlooks all of our residents’ medication with schedule med reviews to ensures timely prescription refills and meticulous medication management, crucial for maintaining health and stability.
Residents are encouraged to decorate their suites with personal items and mementos. This helps to create a sense of familiarity and belonging so suites can feel like home.

At Bayview, we’re dedicated to supporting our residents’ health and well-being with a full range of in-house medical services. Residents have 24/7 access to on-call doctors, nurses, and care staff for peace of mind and immediate support when needed. Our comprehensive care includes regular visits from general practitioners, eye doctors, dentists, and foot care nurses. Residents benefit from the expertise of our registered dietitian and physical therapist to help maintain their overall wellness and quality of life. We also have mobile lab services to provide lab testing in the comfort and convenience of home.
Residents enjoy three nutritious meals daily, prepared by our Red Seal Chef, along with daytime refreshments and snacks available throughout the community. Meals are tailored to the needs of seniors, including modified options when necessary, and supported by regular visits from a Registered Dietitian to ensure dietary needs are met.
Healthy snacks and hydration stations are conveniently placed throughout the community to promote wellness. We also host holiday celebrations featuring special menus to bring festive joy to residents.
